In case of temporary absence on the day of a personal reception of the head of the organization, a personal reception is carried out by a person acting as his/her duties.
If the day of the personal reception falls on a public holiday or a holiday declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus as a non-working day, the day of the personal reception is postponed to the next working day.
